Since our establishment in 1943, Kawasaki Geological Engineering Co., Ltd. (KGE) hasparticipated in various projects both in land and marine areas as an Earth Doctor, and has strongly supported the growth of society with our human resources and technologies.In accumulating this vast experience, we have developed and advanced our original technologies to tackle globalenvironmental problems andplaced high priority on the continued human resource development ofour specialists in the field of earth science in order to satisfy the demands and the requests of our clients and customers.

KGE’s mission is to "Contribute to the development of safe and comfortable communities through the use of sophisticatedtechnologies also conducive toglobalenvironmental conservation". With this in mind, we continually strive to provide efficient and suitable services by communicating and discussing geological issues and having our specialists perform on-site diagnoses of sites and structures. This then, allows us to reliably propose the best solution for our clients and customers and combine our various technologies to suit any of their requests.

Based on the mid-term management plan adopted in December of 2009, we intend to promote stable management and strengthen our earning power. In order to execute and achieve this plan, we are continuing to further develop and advance our technologies,survey equipment and human resources and make the most of our expertise in our core business of geological surveying, including advanced technologies such as those for geophysical surveying and in-situ instrumental technologies. We also intend to develop our skills in the fields of marine surveys, maintenance and structure rehabilitation, environment and water surveys as well asdisaster prevention and mitigation in order to benefit society.Furthermore, we are actively expanding our business overseas particularly in areas in Asia and Africa.
