Corporate Philosophy / Code of Conduct
Corporate Philosophy
Contributing to society through technology—fostering harmony between people and the natural environment, while ensuring safety and security.
Guided by this philosophy, we, as “Earth Doctors,” prioritize a Genba-driven approach, working directly in the field. From land to offshore environments, we address a wide range of geotechnical challenges in harmony with nature. Our mission is to deliver services with integrity, speed, and quality; to advance investigation and analytical technologies required by the times; to grow as a comprehensive construction consulting firm providing expert advice; and to meet the expectations of our clients and shareholders.
Diagnosing the Earth
How far has a structure deteriorated? Is the ground beneath this site safe? What are the characteristics of the seabed—its topography and geology—and what resources may lie beneath? Drawing on decades of expertise, we operate as “Earth Doctors,” providing consulting services through the investigation, analysis, and evaluation of the Earth across all domains—from land and rivers to the ocean.
Like medical doctors, we begin by understanding our clients’ needs and site conditions. Using advanced technologies, we conduct precise “diagnosis”—surveying and measurement—followed by “treatment and aftercare”—analysis, evaluation, and consulting—to deliver optimal solutions.
